Questions

Does this tool download or change my file?

No — Image Info only reads and displays what's already in the file. Nothing is decoded, nothing is re-encoded, no image codec is even downloaded, and nothing leaves your browser.

Why does the pixel size differ from what my image viewer shows?

An image taken sideways is stored sideways, with an EXIF Orientation tag telling viewers to turn it. Image KB Reducer shows both: the dimensions as stored, and the dimensions as displayed once that tag is applied.

It says my image has GPS data. What does that mean?

Your camera recorded where the picture was taken and wrote the coordinates into the file. Anyone you send the original to can read them. Remove Metadata strips them without touching a single pixel.
